Vinyasa Yoga

Wednesday 7:15pm, Friday 9:30am & Saturday 8:00am & 9:30am

A flowing Vinyasa Yoga sequence focusing on movements, breath and mindfulness. Here we will move through a  serious of posture to generate warmth within the body. You can expect to create space within the body and mind, whilst building muscle strength and increasing joint mobility.

Yin Yoga

The term “yin yoga” comes from the Taoist tradition. Yin is about finding stillness and cooling the body. Take some time out to balance modern-day living and allow this subtle practice to work its magic.  We aim to still both the mind and body taking our time in a series of long-held postures that stretch the connective tissue of the body during a meditative experience. Suitable for all levels of experience.
