Vinyasa Yoga

Monday 7:15pm, Tuesday 9:30am & 6:00pm,

Wednesday 7:15pm, Friday 9:30am & Saturday 9:30am

A flowing Vinyasa Yoga sequence focusing on movements, breath and mindfulness. Here we will move through a  serious of posture to generate warmth within the body. You can expect to create space within the body and mind, whilst building muscle strength and increasing joint mobility.

Take some time out to slow down and open the body. Taking our time in each pose, using props to support us allowing our bodies to feel a deep form of relaxation. A great class to balance the Vinyasa style of Yoga practice or simple rejuvenate the mind and body. Suitable for all level of experience.


Foundations - Level 1

Wednesday 6:00pm

Our Level 1 class is where we slow things right down. We take the time to break down postures in a more relaxed workshop setting. There is time to ask questions you may have about a particular posture. This class is great for beginners but also for your long-term students as it is here to ensure we establish a strong foundation that will ensure a lifelong practice.
