Monday 7:15pm , Tuesday 9:30am & Wednesday 7:15pm.
A flowing Vinyasa Yoga sequence focusing on movements, breath and mindfulness. Here we will move through a serious of posture to generate warmth within the body. You can expect to create space within the body and mind, whilst building muscle strength and increasing joint mobility.
Gentle Flow Yoga
A slower flowing Vinyasa Yoga sequence designed to support and nurture the mind and body throughout this restful and calming practice we will move in and out of poses slowly, whilst having a strong focus on safe aligned and breath. Suitable for all levels.
Monday 6:00pm, Tuesday 7:15pm & Thursday 9:30am
Take some time out to slow down and open the body. Taking our time in each pose, using props to support us allowing our bodies to feel a deep form of relaxation. A great class to balance the Vinyasa style of Yoga practice or simple rejuvenate the mind and body. Suitable for all level of experience.
