About The Practice
Here at our Adelaide yoga studio we teach a style of yoga that is underpinned with traditional teachings met with a modern approach. We take into consideration the modern day lifestyle mixed with the the most current research we have on the human body.
The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner emotional journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.
Classes We Offer
Spend Some Time With Us
Monday 7:15pm, Tuesday 9:30am & 6:00pm, Wednesday 7:15pm
A flowing Vinyasa sequence focusing on movements, breath and mindfulness. Here we will move through a serious of posture to generate warmth within the body. You can expect to create space within the body and mind, whilst building muscle strength and increasing joint mobility.
A slower flowing Vinyasa sequence designed to support and nurture the mind and body throughout this restful and calming practice we will move in and out of poses slowly, whilst having a strong focus on safe aligned and breath. Suitable for all levels.
Monday 6:00pm, Tuesday 7:15pm & Thursday 9:30am
Take some time out to slow down and open the body. Taking our time in each pose, using props to support us allowing our bodies to feel a deep form of relaxation. A great class to balance the Vinyasa style of practice or simple rejuvenate the mind and body. Suitable for all levels of experience.
