I’ve never done yoga before. Is that okay?

Absolutely! We welcome everyone, no matter their experience. We suggest trying out a few Balance and Yin classes before heading into the Equanimity flow. You might also be interested in our Beginners’ courses - check out our Events page for when the next one is being held.

What should I bring?

We like you to travel light. We provide mats and props - all you need to bring is a water bottle, and perhaps a small hand towel if you get sweaty!

I love your space. Can I hire it for my event?

You sure can! Our space is designed to be shared. Head over to our Space Hire page and shoot us an email to get chatting.

What pass should I buy?

If you’re new, definitely go for the Introductory Offer. After that, it depends on how many times a week you’d like to practice. Head on over to our Pricing and Memberships page to check out our options.

Can I practice while sick or injured?

As always - it all depends. If you’re sick, we ask that you stay at home to ensure the health and wellbeing of other students. If you’re feeling okay, you’re welcome to practice a Balance flow or Yin class with us over Zoom. If you’re injured, have a chat to your teacher before class so that they know what you’re working with and can help you modify.

Can I practice while pregnant?

Again - it all depends! If you’ve never practiced yoga before, pregnancy probably isn’t the best time to start, unless you’re going to a specialised prenatal class. If you’re a regular practitioner, and you’re feeling okay in your body, keep practicing! Just let your teacher know beforehand - there are some little adjustments that need to be made to your practice.

Can I buy classes for someone else?

What a lovely thought! You sure can. You can either make an event of it and send them a gift card by heading to our Pricing and Memberships page, or if it’s a regular thing we can connect your card to their account. Have a chat to us in studio to see what would be best for your situation.
