4 Day Wellness Retreat
This 4-day transformational experience offers self-discovery & self-healing. It is an opportunity to reconnect with the practices that lead to health & nourishment in all elements of life.
This retreat was born out of deep love for the natural healing ability of the body and the mind. Every cell in our body is a healing machine and if we overlook this, we miss the magic of being human, magic of being alive and that you are a regenerative force of nature.
This retreat has been designed to educate you and give you a somatic experience of how you can step into a life of wellness. This retreat will nourish all parts of you and give you space to reconnecting with nature and yourself.
Health is not just the absence of disease, but a feeling of wholeness, balance and resilience. Be reminded of how it feels to live a truly healthy life and that you have the power to live that life NOW.
We will learn daily practices that you can implement immediately to help restore your health. We will spend time diving deep into the practice of yoga with almost 4 hours daily dedicated to mediation, breath work and Asana.
To ensure that there is space for you to do this work, you will not have to lift a finger whilst on your stay with us. All daily chores will be taken care of by us and you can spend all your energy, time and focus on you.
We recognise that an important part of your retreat experience is where it takes place. That’s why we have selected this exclusive accommodation on the south Australia Fleurieu Peninsula. Spend 4 days and 3 nights at the exquisite Kings Beach Retreat. Located only a little over an hour out of Adelaide. This hidden gem provides 360-degree views of the spectacular Waitipinga Cliffs, west island & the bluff. You will be immersed in beauty from the moment you arrive.
All meals and snacks are included. You will enjoy a whole-food plant-based menu grown mostly from our beautiful chefs backyard in the Adelaide Hills. You will also be served fresh cold press juices daily.
Plus some take home recipes of our wonderful breakfast menu and our fresh juices. Through out your retreat, you will spend time connecting to nature with hikes & ocean swims.
There will be education on fundamental principles of health and wellbeing, whilst having time and space to relax, reflect and journal. We will spend time connecting to a like-minded community of people and creating space to grow and heal together.
Daily yoga, mediation and breath-work practices. Some evening we will take active rest through the practice of yoga nidra.
