At Equilibrium, we train the body for longevity - we want to ensure that our bodies can run and play and jump and move for as long as possible.

The team at Equilibrium are dedicated to giving you as many options as you need to make exercise and healthy living a part of your life. With over 15 years experience, our trainers deliver expertly designed and focused training sessions for you to get the best possible outcomes.

Our training philosophy is to build a strong foundation, to be injury free, ready to move in any way you see fit. We focus on mobility, stability, agility, balance and coordination alongside improving strength. We design tailored programs ranging from every day mobility and movement, to climbing a mountain or running a marathon.

Our personal training studio in Unley has all the conveniences of training in an indoor space, without the intimidating distractions that you may experience in a commercial gym.

The amount of people in the private studio at any one time is always kept to a minimum for your comfort. This means it will only be you and your trainer in the studio for one-to-one appointments, and a maximum of three people and your trainer for small group sessions. This is achieved by maintaining a strictly appointment-only facility.
