Better Together: Recovery Valentines

On Valentine’s Day Eve this year, Equilibrium is offering 2 for 1 saunas and sauna + ice baths.

Whether it’s platonic or romantic, the world is better when there’s a little more love to go around.

When: Friday February 13th, 3:45pm onwards

What to bring: a non-glass water bottle, whatever you’d like to wear in the sauna (bathers, sportswear, undies, nothing), and a fresh pair of bathers if you’ve booked the ice bath

How to book: book a single sauna, or a single sauna and ice bath session, and bring a date or a mate along for free!
