Day One - How to set up your sleeping space in a way that most effectively allows you to get to sleep, and stay asleep.
Day Two - The different components of a good night’s sleep, what it does for us, and how to alleviate common sleep disruptors.
Day Three - How to create morning routines to wake up feeling refreshed, and evening routines to wind you down calmly for sleep.
Day Four - Ancient pranayama and modern breathwork practices, how they can calm the nervous system, and the science behind these concepts.
Day Five - Why movement at different times of day can enhance or delay your sleep, and how yoga in particular is a perfect choice for evening exercise.
Day Six - To focus on alleviating physical, mental and emotional lifestyle stressors through psychological techniques and meditation.
Day Seven - How to fine-tune your sleep practices, troubleshoot any remaining issues, and set yourself up for future sleep success.

With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry - spanning yoga, personal training, coaching, breathwork, and integrative health - she brings both deep expertise and grounded compassion.
